7th August 2022
Airedale EPC was recently commissioned to carry out an Energy Assessment for a local Landlord and Property Developer in Bradford. The traditional back-to-back terrace is to go to Auction and an up to date valid EPC was required to demonstrate the properties current characteristics and components.
Airedale EPC has previously done energy assessments for the same customer in Bingley, and this latest commission is testament to our recognised professional work standards, quick turnaround and customer service.

Airedale EPC receives Government Funding
7th March 2022
Airedale EPC was very grateful to receive Government Funding for the Retrofit Assessor training Course run by Elmhurst. The government is funding a limited number of training and accreditation places for DEAs to upskill to Retrofit Assessors. This is a great opportunity for Airedale EPC to gain in-demand skills and competencies.
With this useful vocational qualification Airedale EPC will be able to offer PAS 2035 Accredited Installer Companies Retrofit energy assessment services.
Installers, ECO3 Installers and delivery partners need to adopt the new PAS 2035:2019 and updated PAS 2030:2019 specification before the 1st July 2021 to be able to deliver energy efficiency measures under the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme.
As an accredited Retrofit Assessor Airedale EPC could play a crucial role in delivering Government programmes such as the Green Homes Grant Voucher Scheme and ensuring work is carried out in accordance with PAS 2035 Standards.
